Blob Tree
Blob Tree is an activity that’s easy to use for engaging in discussions on a topic that may be challenging. This activity allows each person to talk about how they’re feeling about the meeting and their position on the team.
Suggestions and variations
The Blob Tree can also be used twice if you’re giving a training or seminar, for example.
You can create two identical versions of the activity and do them at the beginning and end of the session so you can see if your participants’ viewpoints and feelings have changed. This is a fun way to evaluate a training session, for example.
